Doremi Introduces the V1x2
Dual Video Channel Disk Recorder
Las Vegas, NV - Infocomm 2002 June 12, 2002 - Doremi Labs is shipping
its new dual-video channel disk recorder the V1x2. The V1x2 features a
full-function front panel and two independent video channels in a 3 rack
unit high chassis.
The V1x2 provides instant access to the recorded video material with
simple playback and record operation. The operator can easily create video
clips, loops, and play lists. The V1x2 is ideal as a playback device for
projectors and high-resolution displays. The dual-channel capability also
makes the V1x2 a great choice for multi-camera applications, logo insertion
and video key.
The V1x2 disk recorder features 2 channels of audio, component/RGB, SDI
and SVHS video inputs and outputs. A convenient front panel video LCD
screen is also available. Frame accurate remote control can be achieved
via its two Sony protocol serial ports or via 100BaseT Ethernet. The V1x2
is fully compatible with a majority of show controllers.
The V1x2 can record video on up to two SCSI hard drives or on a DVD-RAM
drive. SCSI recording can provide up to 26 hours of recording at 6:1 compression.
The V1x2 can be set to record video at compression ratios from 2:1 to
30:1.
