New Remote Control Software for Doremi's
HD Video Test Generator and Video Converters
Las Vegas, NV - NAB2006 - April 24th, 2006 - Doremi Labs introduces
remote control software for the HD Video Test Generator HDG-20 and Video
Converters the XDVI-20 and HDVI-20.
The control software's graphical user interface (GUI) makes setup and
operation of the units hassle free. All the existing functions of the
units are clearly displayed and accessible. Eight instant access function
tabs are provided to hold user-defined settings. The software also adds
new functionality such as downloadable color look up tables (LUT).
The control software for the XDVI and HDVI converters provides all the
functions accessible via the converters' on-screen menu display (OSD).
The software also features a downloadable look up table (LUT). Preset
LUT are also included such as a reverse LUT for the Viper Filmstream camera.
The control software for the HDG-20 high def. video generator features
a status bar along the top of the window that displays the current output
settings. Below the status bar are the generator's output selections for
video, audio, motion and ancillary data. Access to the genlock and output
format settings windows is via tabs beneath the status bar.
The control software connects to the Doremi devices via RS-422. The software
is available free of charge and can be downloaded from Doremi's website.
