Ramzi Shakra Named Doremi Labs
Marketing Manager

Burbank, California. November 30, 2000  – Doremi Labs is pleased to announce that Ramzi Shakra has joined their management team as marketing manager.

Ramzi joins Doremi Labs with over five years of product marketing experience in the pro-video market. Most recently he was marketing manager at Visual Matrix Corp. where he marketed their scan converter and HD product lines. Ramzi also lead the marketing effort at VAS Group Inc. where he helped establish their High Definition down converter as the market leader for HDTV mastering.

Ramzi will be responsible for all marketing and promotional activities at Doremi Labs. He will be in charge of creating and implementing a new marketing plan to increase Doremi Lab’s market exposure in the pro-video and audio markets. Ramzi will also spearhead the introduction of Doremi Labs’ second-generation V1 family of Digital Disk Recorders (DDR) that will be introduced at NAB 2001.

Ramzi has a marketing degree from Cal State University Northridge and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
