IRIG-A and IRIG-B Serial Time Code Support
Now Available for Doremi's V1 ddr family
Burbank, CA - November 26, 2003 - IRIG-A and IRIG-B serial time code reader
is now available as an option for Doremi's V1 disk recorder family. The
V1's IRIG reader is microsecond accurate.
The IRIG serial time code format is used by US Government facilities
to ensure system compatibility among the various ranges and ground tracking
networks for spacecraft and missile projects. Doremi's V1 disk recorder
records video along with the IRIG serial code to its internal removable
SCSI drive. The IRIG serial time code can then be read via the V1's Sony
9pin connector. The IRIG serial code can also be displayed via a burn-in
window on the V1's front panel LCD video monitor
Doremi Labs' popular V1 family includes uncompressed, DCT and MPEG2 compression
disk recorders for standard definition and HDTV video. The V1 family offers
an intuitive and familiar VTR-like mode of operation. They offer high
reliability, instantaneous locate and play capability and easy video clip
and play list creation. All V1 video disk recorders are available with
complete digital and analog video inputs and outputs, and up to eight
digital or analog audio channels.
